Studies and Research Office

The Studies and Research Office is a structure opened by the firm to promote research in the legal field, which unites both theoretical investigation of legislative innovations and their practical consequences. The office aims then to make use of the firm’s resources to promote conferences and meetings as well as researches that end with a publication.

In questo volume si sono affrontate alcune ipotesi di vendite speciali, cioè di contratti di vendita che hanno solo in parte la propria fonte nell’ordinario contratto di vendita regolato dal codice civile. Si è quindi proceduto ad una aggiornata trattazione delle nozioni di professionista e consumatore alla luce dei più recenti orientamenti della giurisprudenza ed all’individuazione degli strumenti di tutela del consumatore di fronte alle vendite aggressive ed alle pratiche commerciali sleali nonché per violazione del suo diritto alla riservatezza anche in relazione al fenomeno dello spamming. Si sono quindi approfondite le discipline delle televendite, del commercio elettronico, delle vendite a domicilio e per corrispondenza, incluse le vendite piramidali.
